Although he prefers to be called "Martha," Michael McClung was born and raised in Texas, but now calls Oklahoma home and believes it to be far superior to his home state. As that he hates Tex-Mex, McClung is currently inventing his own cuisine: Okie-Mex, which is basically just pouring cheese over boiled mush.

It has yet to catch on.
